Circuit Training - all round fitness for everyone at their own pace
Posture Plus - essential posture related fitness for less able and disabled people
Pilates Starter Class - an introductory class for newcomers to this postural workout. This runs as a 4 week course as the need arrises.
Senior Active - a steady approace for more mature excercisers
Weights for Women - ladies only gym session to focus on resistance work

Personal Training - Your own fitness programme, tailored to your needs and aspirations. Book for a free initial consultation. Group bookings are available for a 6 - 10 week block. Talk to me about having exclusive use of the gym, together with a planned programme of training if you require.

Sports Massage - routine and remedial massage, together with Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Reflexology and Crystal Healing at the Syston Sports Clinic, on site.

CHARGES: First session FREE.
£4.50 per session or special deals for regular bookings.
