Personal Training
The reasons for engaging a personal trainer are many and
varied, hence I will start our arrangements with a face-to-face
initial consultation for which there is no charge.
This will allow you to be assured that I understand your
needs and wants; what will work for you, and how we will
achieve progress together. We will discuss fees, times,
your overall plan in terms of your health, eating, weight
management or whatever is appropriate. From there, we will
agree the contract that will bind our work together and
book the first session. I like to arrange this initial
session in the gym so that you can 'walk and talk' and
get a feel for the gym environment.
